ArgoGlobal Promotes Barnes as Head of Casualty for Syndicate 1200

ArgoGlobal* introduced the appointment of Ryan Barnes as head of Casualty for Syndicate 1200. he is taking up his new role following the departure of Paul Kneafsey who has left ArgoGlobal to sign up for Everest Re as lively underwriter of its Lloyd’s Syndicate 2786.

Barnes joined ArgoGlobal in 2011 as expert indemnity elegance underwriter and brings over 15 years of underwriting revel in. In his new role, Barnes may be tasked with the ongoing enlargement and diversification of ArgoGlobal’s casualty portfolio. Barnes will report to Bruno Ritchie, director of Underwriting.
